Terms of service

MUST READ BEFORE BOOKING:

You must be 18+ to book.
If under 18, a parent or legal guardian must book on your behalf.

GARMENT CARE & CLEANING

• Garments must be returned in the same condition they were hired in.
• Please be mindful of fake tan, makeup, food and drinks.
• Do not attempt to clean or alter our clothes.
• Please do not use any double sided tape. We would highly recommend fashion glue.
• If staining or damage occurs, the customer may be liable for additional cleaning or repair costs.
• If a garment is damaged beyond repair or cannot be restored, the customer will be charged the full replacement cost.

SIZING ISSUE

If there is a sizing issue, you have up to 2 hours from pick up to get in contact. Proof is required.

RETURNS

• All items must be returned after the agreed date (on the 4th day of hire).
• Late returns will incur a $20 fee per day.

PICK UP & RETURNS

Pick ups and returns are between 4pm and 7pm.
If this time is not suitable, please get in touch and I will do my best to arrange if I am able.

REFUND POLICY

All bookings are final.
No refunds will be provided.
